We ship to addresses in UK, US and the UAE, postage costs do vary
. For other regions please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your request but an extra charge will need to be applied.
This product is dispatched to you by Scalable Designs Ltd.
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days.
Within the UK you should then receive your tree within a further 2 working days.
International shipping may take longer.

RETURN POLICY
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.
In order for your return to be eligible, your item must be returned in the original packaging and in the same conditions that you received it. Returns after Christmas Day in the year of purchase are not accepted.
Refunds
On receipt of the returned item, it will be inspected and we will notify you by email as to whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund (minus P&P charges) will be processed and you will be credited via your original payment method, which may take a few days.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. To inform us of your wish to cancel your order please email contact@scalable-design.co.uk. Cancellations received after your product is shipped can be returned as per our returns & refunds policies.
