SHIPPING POLICY

At this moment in time we only ship to UK addresses. Please get in touch if you would like to order from outside the UK and we will do our best to accommodate but an extra charge will need to be applied.

 

This product is dispatched to you by Scalable Designs Ltd.

 

We aim to dispatch your order on the same day as the order is received. You should then receive your tree within 2 working days. If your order is placed late in the day, it may take a little longer to reach you.

 

Deliveries are made by courier to Mainland UK & selected other countries.

RETURN POLICY

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.

 

In order for your return to be eligible, your item must be returned unused, in the original packaging and in the same conditions that you received it.

 

Refunds

On receipt of the returned item, it will be inspected and we will notify you by email as to whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund (minus P&P charges) will be processed and you will be credited via your original payment method, which may take a few days.

 

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. To inform us of your wish to cancel your order please email contact@scalable-design.co.uk. Cancellations received after your product is shipped can be returned as per our returns & refunds policies.
